For this project, I designed a web portal for a Nursing Home facility to be able to report incidents, property damage, near misses and create cases and worker's compensation reports as well as generate the appropriate OSHA Forms for submission by the facility. The web portal is for administrators and managers and it. There was great in-depth research done for the application, and the result is an easy to use, clean and modern design.

There was deep research done for this product and outlined in this post, is the intricate design process. The result was a simple, eye-catching, interactive UI that allows the user to easily navigate the app.

The training would be updated regularly and be used in tandem with a livestream roundtable to further discuss and the information to really make a difference in officers' lives and to improve the reporting, accountability and victim-centered interviewing/questioning and sensitivity.
