I recently designed some print material for Medicine Woman Aixa Amankay. She is also an amazing doula, eastern medicine practitioner, massage therapists among other many talents. This brochure was designed for her Birth Services which includes placenta preparation and encapsulation services. Using the original logo design and background, I wanted to keep the branding throughout all marketing pieces. You can see the continuity from the product labels, the tags as well as the most current, the brochure.
By way of referral, I received a request from Ms. Cintia Calevoso, Esq. to create a professional identity system for her and her law firm. She had requested her identity system to be clean, modern and minimalist and to have the pieces match her new website. Ms. Calevoso's firm serves the entertainment world, musicians, and artists alike. I created the hive mark to match the highlights of her website and for it to represent the way her firm works, as a whole unit.
I created this logo for a client who has always wanted to open her own gift shop. She is a sweet woman and wonderful creator of beautiful trinkets and has finally taken the leap to get herself and her talent out there. She requested a logo that described her lovely crafts and was light and playful. As soon as she requested it, my mind started working and I came up with a mix of sans serif and handwritten typefaces that sweetly embrace her personality and her spirit.
The Communications Department team has begun to design some of the Social Media content for the University of Miami. We are going to be responsible for the graphics for special holidays and events. I was assigned to work on the Hanukkah messages this coming holiday and I wanted to showcase it in a small gallery. I think they came out really sweet and lovely. Happy Hanukkah!
MIAMI Magazine is the University of Miami's Alumni Magazine. This edition, I had the opportunity to design many of the features along with the pages layouts and content. The magazine is geared toward the University's current students as well as alumni, professors and full time staff. It is a published 3-4 times a year and it's a very beautiful and high end publication.

Moon Womb is the beautiful manifestation of many months of hard work and herbal studies by Vicky Birth Doula Torres. The vision for her business came after her first Moondance in Mexico where she felt called to work with medicinal plants and serve all mamas.
An affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one's self and written down frequently. They are statements that describe a desired situation or goal, and are often repeated, until they get impressed on the subconscious mind.
Client: Emily Ruff
Once again, I was commissioned by my client Emily Ruff to create a new brochure for the Florida School of Holistic Living. This school is a nonprofit educational organization with the mission of cultivating sustainable community by empowering individuals through philosophy-in-practice education that promotes holistic living.
I have been a permanent freelance designer at UM for the past year and some months. It has been a great experience so far, working with the different departments and great people! These are some examples of work done here. I love in-house graphic design.
Client: Giselle FluteTrance
Giselle commissioned me to design the cover art for her single as well as the social media communication and inspired by the song and her love of the moon, I was able to design with ease as our connection to this celestial traveler is strong and we are very passionate about it.
