This year I had the opportunity to design one of the University of Miami's main publications called Points of Pride. This small brochure is printed every year to showcase the university's accomplishments throughout the previous school year. This is my second time designing this brochure and it was well received once again. This makes me really happy! Points of Pride is distributed to all new incoming students as well as major donors, alumni, and supporters of the U.

As I've been having some free time, I'm really loving exploring what I can create and come up with as the summer continues and I am inspired and my creativity is flowing. I am really enjoying this burst, it had been a while!
I recently took a 2D Character design course as part of my MFA program at the University of Miami and I acquired an iPad for it as well as the Procreate app which is by far one of my absolute favorite applications. I have never felt so excited to have free time to be creative and draw to my heart's desire.
For the Being Selfless Campaign campaign, the Banco de Sangre de Servicios Mutuos, Inc. in Puerto Rico wanted a young and fun feel for the design of each piece since the audience it is reaching is high school students for a fun, mindful campaign to get high school students involved in donating blood.
This was a branding project for a client in Puerto Rico. They wanted a modern, clean vibe for these logos. Their brand encompasses lifestyle, event management, photography, styling, a swimwear and children's line.

After creating her identity, Dr. Mayra Burguera also retained my services to create a website for her business. We began studying what areas she needed to focus on for content and what her needs were as far as layout and for the website to be clean and simple and easy to navigate.
Yogini Mama Jessica Daya hired me to create the identity for her new coaching business. She had been saving a particular feather that she found walking in a park one day and she requested that I use that same feather to create the mark on her logo. Also included are 5 hearts that have a special meaning to her. This is the outcome. The beautiful purple hues represent her many healing modalities.
Horoluxury – Time to be Sophisticated. My client wanted to create an identity for a luxury watch brand which would include sales high end watches, merchandising and collateral. He requested that the fonts be clean and modern and that the mark be abstract and minimal. He wanted to incorporate black and gold. We worked on this mark for some weeks and he was very happy with the outcome.
Identity, Business Card, Letterhead and Flyer design for Licensed Clinical Psychologist Mayra Burguera. We began selecting colors for her new logo and everything sprang from there. She wanted a subtle combination of blues and as we communicated, the identity began taking shape.
I recently designed some print material for Medicine Woman Aixa Amankay. She is also an amazing doula, eastern medicine practitioner, massage therapists among other many talents. This brochure was designed for her Birth Services which includes placenta preparation and encapsulation services. Using the original logo design and background, I wanted to keep the branding throughout all marketing pieces. You can see the continuity from the product labels, the tags as well as the most current, the brochure.
By way of referral, I received a request from Ms. Cintia Calevoso, Esq. to create a professional identity system for her and her law firm. She had requested her identity system to be clean, modern and minimalist and to have the pieces match her new website. Ms. Calevoso's firm serves the entertainment world, musicians, and artists alike. I created the hive mark to match the highlights of her website and for it to represent the way her firm works, as a whole unit.
I created this logo for a client who has always wanted to open her own gift shop. She is a sweet woman and wonderful creator of beautiful trinkets and has finally taken the leap to get herself and her talent out there. She requested a logo that described her lovely crafts and was light and playful. As soon as she requested it, my mind started working and I came up with a mix of sans serif and handwritten typefaces that sweetly embrace her personality and her spirit.
